Jasyn Roney, who is in Year 1 at St Mary’s Catholic School in Boyup Brook, has been riding since he was two-and-a half.Jasyn’s mother Elizabeth Roney said Jasyn was not nervous and had not yet grasped the significance of his achievement."He doesn’t get why everyone is so keen on what he’s doing," she said."I wouldn’t be a decent mother if I said it didn’t make me nervous at all."But he knows what he’s doing."Jasyn has two older brothers and a younger sister, all of whom ride."They’re really happy Jasyn’s doing it," Ms Roney said.Jasyn has been practising on a purpose-built track at the family’s home and will complete a 20m jump at the Burswood Dome show.He will perform alongside a host of exciting motocross riders including one of his favourites, Australian Robbie Maddison, when the tour kicks off in Perth on October 16.
