Finished the year up with a 3rd overall for District 22 in the 85jr class. I am feeling really good going into next year. My dad and I are going to start going to bigger tracks outside of District 22.

Well last 5 races have been rained out. So I told my dad to find me some where to race. I need to race. So off to Byron Illinios we went. I had never been here before and when we pulled up, I knew it was going to be a good day. They only gave us 2 laps for practice because there was rain on its way. My dad entered me into 2 different classes. The mini open and the 85jr class. In the open class I went 6th and 6th with a 5th place overall. In the jr class my first moto was ok but finished 8th. My second moto was much better and took 5th with a 6th overall for the day. I can't wait to come back to this track. My dad promised me he will take me back.

So far this year I have raced 4 times. I am currently first in points in Distric 22 in Iowa. Some of the races I have been able to run in two classes. So far I had 3 second place finishes,a 3rd place, a 4th place, and a 8th place. I am striving to get better every time my dad takes me out to practice and race.

With one race left in district 22 i am currently 6th in points. Not bad for jumping from 50sr class last year to 85jr this year.
