Personal History
Racing is my passion. At the age of two, my grandfather put me on my first bike and I have been riding ever since. I learned to ride in the dunes of Southern California at Glamis and would stay for hours watching the "big guys" race up Competition Hill. From that moment, I knew what I wanted to do, be a professional rider. I started racing in 2008 and have had several big wins in the intermediate class including 1st place in the 2008 Oregon State Motocross Championship Series and 1st place in the Southern Oregon Bounty Hunter Series in both 2008 and 2009.
I am 18 and graduted with honors from Weed High School in 2009. I work for the Mt. Shasta Ski Park as a snowboard instructor during the winter seasons and plan on attending the Ford Mechanic Technical School in San Diego later this year. I am aggresive on the track and always want first place. Off the track I am easy going and work hard to save money to fund my racing career. I ride on a CanAm450DSX.
I learned everything about riding and racing from my grandpa. He was my best friend, mechanic, gate sweeper and a constant precence on the race circuit. He was known around the circuits as the guy who knew how to fix anything and had the tool to go with it. He completely funded my riding career and with the help of a few sponsors, hard work and dermination, I started winning. Shortly after I won the Bounty Hunter Series in 2009 my grandpa lost his battle with depression and took his life. Because he was such a big part of my life and riding career, I was unable to race the 2010 season despite several sponsorship offers.
I continued to ride and practice in anticipation of the upcoming 2011 season. I have worked hard to put a little money away to race but will need you're help in achieving my dreams.
Riding Goals
I will race the Oregon State Championship and Bounty Hunter Series this season in the ProAm class and hope to take home the big trophy. 1st place. Because I am familiar with this series and race tracks I feel confident of some big up and coming wins.
All sponsors are announced at the start of each race, printed in the programs and announced at the awards ceremony. I have room on my bike and trailer for graphics. What a great way to constantly advertise your product or company to a perfect demographic of buyers. These races attract between 300 and 800 people who are all in need of the same products and companies. Because of the large amount of travel required, your graphics will be seen by thousands of people driving up and down Interstate 5 in 3 states, California, Oregon and Washington.
I need help this year more than ever. I am looking for a company to provide all my oil and lubricants for the season, gear, tear aways, goggles, race fees, travel fees and large discounts for parts.
