Personal History

Born and raised in the city of sumter sc loved every minute of it since then or from the moment I can remember. Graduated high school in June of 2013 and went to work for the city of sumter fire department where I now work full time. I started riding back when I was 7 years old on a TTR 90, moved up to a kx 65,rm85,yz,85,yz250f. Shortly after I got the 250f I became very busy with school and other sports I enjoyed playing in school and the lack of places to ride on top of not even having my license yet made it extremely hard to continue riding so I sold all my bikes and took up the game of golf and tried my luck at hunting. So for 4 years it hurt me to even hear the word dirtbike or riding because I missed it so much. So I'm back now in the year 2015 ready to have the time of my life exactly were I've always wanted to be and I will keep doing as long as I possible can.

Riding Goals

My goals in riding is to become consistant and competitive to the point to were I'm riding comfortable and not over my head. With my full time job as a firefighter my health is my number on priority. I plan on hitting an enduro here and there national and local southeast races and some Mideast harescrambles and gnccs.

Competitive Highlights

My competitive highlight after not being on a bike in 5 years is jumping on my first bike back which was a 2013 yz 250 and entering my first actual adult enduro. The 2015 sandlapper national or March 1st 2015. I had not had the bike for more than a month and I said I want to go and my goal was to finish. This was thinking that trail conditions were near perfect like they had been in the past story's I've heard from my dad with him riding since about my age. But I've also heard the story's that being the first race in March annually the weather was just like rolling the dice. Man did I roll a low number that Sunday. It rained for 3 days straight before that race. I was on row 79F and words cannot explain how awful that race was. It was an absolute mud fest. I think Fred flintstone down in bedrock reached up and grabbed my tire in some of the ruts they were so deep. Needless to say I ended up reaching my goal of not only finishing the race but finishing 13th of 24 riders in my class on my first race back in five years. That is my first big enduro filled with memories I will never forget.
