Personal History
I’m 23 years old currently in the Marine Corps stationed in southern California. I first started riding when I was 13 years old on a 2005 DRZ 125, mainly riding trails and solely for recreation, but I grew up around 4 wheelers and all things with a motor in it. I grew out of the bike, sold it, and hadn’t ridden since recently. In January 2018 I bought my current bike, a 2009 yz250f. I’ve ridden almost in every possible location in Southern California from track riding to Ocotillo wells and even out in Lake Havasu area. I mainly stick to riding at either Pala Raceway, Elsinore Motorsports Park and Cahuilla Mx mainly due to the convenient locations. For awhile I would haul my bike around via my Jeep, but I've recently purchased a converted box truck and have been using that as my moto van(can be seen in attached picture). Other than riding dirt bikes I’m always at the gym lifting weights and trying to stay in shape. I love to hike and love just about anything you can do outdoors from wake boarding to rock climbing.
Riding Goals
My biggest/first and foremost riding goal is to ride safe. Being in the Marines my health is extremely import to me and I invest in all the necessary safety equipment. My second biggest riding goal is to get better every time I ride, whether it be from hitting the new rhythm section that just got built to hitting the same corner section for a few hours to make sure I’ve got it down. Another MX related goal of mine is to be able to fix everything on my bike myself. I’m a huge fan of anything mechanical and I feel in order to ride your bike more effectively you have to be able to know the bike inside and out by being able to fix and upgrade anything on it.
Competitive Highlights
I do not have any competitive highlights at the moment but I’m signed up to race at the on going series at Pala Raceway and will continue to update this as I win and compete more.
