Personal History
I’m a 20 year old Clemson University School of Engineering Junior honors student and regional ATV Pro cross country racing athlete. My race machine is a fully modified Yamaha YFZ450R. I raced the highly competitive GNCC series in the Sportsman A/B class where I won all of the races I have entered this year. My biggest accomplish so far this season is making the podium at the GNCC Big Buck amateur race starting from the 7th row! My goal while in college is to stay active in racing and compete in as many races as my college schedule will allow. When I graduate I plan to race full time in the XC2 Pro/Am class. At Clemson I am an active participant in the Society of Automotive Engineers BAJA club. In that club we design and build a BAJA buggy to compete against other colleges. This year I am the suspension designer. My ATV racing experience and skills have given me an advantage in this program. In 2019 I'm considering competing in the GNCC XC2 Pro Am class! To prepare myself for that step, I will run regional races (ie. MidEast and SORCS) in the Pro class. I will also race the SORCS winter series in the Pro class.
Riding Goals
In 2019 my goal is to win all the GNCC amateur overalls in the races I'm able to attend. I also plan to race the SORCS and Mideast Racing series in the Pro class and hope to bring home some wins in those series. When I finish college at Clemson University I hope to get the opportunity to further my racing career with running the GNCC Pro class.
