Personal History
My name is Zac I've been racing motocross for 13 years now. I got my first motorcycle as a Christmas present and I had my first race in 99', I've been hooked on it ever since. I grew up racing every weekend and on one of those weekends my parents met the Swift family. My family and theirs became very close really quick. It turns out they had a ranch up in Somerset, California sitting on a beautiful 122 acres. At the time we met me and there son Grayson were riding on 50's. They had a 50 track that we rode countless laps on every weekend that we were not racing. After a year or two of making the 3 hour drive from Fremont to Somerset we made the decision to move up there so we can continue to ride everyday and be only miles away. Once Grayson and I got up in bigger bikes the 50 track slowly went away and replaced by a 2.3 mile motocross track, and a full blown Supercross track Where Steve Lamson would often put in his practice laps. And later on riders like Ricky Carmichael and Chris gossealer would also turn up some laps. I spent the next 10 years, almost everyday after school, practice and honing my riding skills there. We had the Masterpools, come and spend a summer with us and we trained with Jesse and there younger son Jake. I put in countless hours and a my heart into this sport focused on being the best I could be. I've won amateur nations to amateur days in different states. Placed in the top 10 in the intermediate class at Dodge amateur national. And now as a pro I am set on getting my professional AMA license and putting my fender in there and mixing it up with the best. While also doing my best to promote and give the best name to all the sponsors and people whom have supported me along this long road, because I kow, especially in this sport, the right support is key.
