Personal History
My name is Wyatt Lafleur, I’m 13 years old and have been competing in Motorcycle Hillclimbs with New England Hillclimbers since I was 6 years old. Each year I have pushed myself harder, learning more.
I have been fortunate to grow up in New England, learning from some amazing Pro Riders, like Molly Carbon, Jockamo Baldina and Vincent Nuzzolilli. In 2018, I was honored to be invited to my first Pro/Am race at Gunstock, in Gilford, NH. It was such an amazing experience, and I am happy to say, I have been invited back for the 2019 season. In addition to riding in the 125cc, I hope to compete in my first Verticross.
During the off season, I continue to work on giving myself an edge by training in other disciplines including Ice, Flat Track and Motocross racing. All which I feel has assisted in making me into a stronger, more seasoned rider. My goal in 2018 was to make the podium at a National Amateur Hillclimb. This year, in 2019, my goal is to make a great showing in the Northeastern Hillclimb Challenge and ultimately end the season with a National #1 title.
