Personal History
My name is Wyatt Harris and I am 7 years old and I live in Cartersville, GA. This coming school year I will be attending the 3rd Grade at Emerson Elementary. I have a 3 year old Brother that loves MX as much as I do. Since I was 4 I have played Football and Baseball with much success. To my Dad's surprise and my Mom's chagrin, I asked for a Dirt Bike for my 7th birthday. My Dad rounded me up a 2000 Honda XR 50. He helped my get going on it and before you know I was pretty good on it. In February, I told my parents I wanted to race it! My dad took me to the local track and I started racing. I struggled a bit for a couple of races before a Racer was born!. In just 4 short months I went from falling over on my Honda to racing my brand new KTM 50 SX competitively. I get better every lap and now that I have a fast bike I am notorious for getting the hole shot. I even told my parents that I wasn't going to play any other sports this year I wanted to concentrate on MX. So, we travel around the Southeast every weekend racing!
Riding Goals
Fall 2014 - Win Points Championship at Local Track 50cc 7-8 Stock (Pro Edge Motorsports). Compete in Alabama Arenacross. Finish in the top 3 in points of the Best in Georgia Series (BIG Series). 2015 - Make it to Loretta Lynn's on my 50 and start getting ready to race a 65. Get invited to Mini O's in Florida.
Competitive Highlights
Currently 3rd in Best In Georgia Series Points on a 50cc. Currently 3rd in the 50cc Open Class Southern Shootout Series (Pro Edge Motorsports) Finished 2nd at Fannin County MX at last Supercross race. Currently 2nd in Points in the 50cc class at Fannin County MX.
