I have been buring the miles on the treadmill. It feels good to run even though it's inside. I'm on track for building a solid base anyways. I have been working in weights three days a week too.

I will be glad when the Holiday's are past us. I have been slacking a little bit. It's time to saddle up and workout consistantly. The Holiday's have defently throw a wrench into my schedule. It seems like I have not had any free time, running all over the lower. I need me time.

This past week I managed to get ten mile on the treadmill, spread over three sessions. I just want to maintain through the winter.

Today my work schedule got reduced. Someone might think this is a bad thing because it means less income of course. To me is means more time to train for the upcoming season.

Today's workout was intervals on the treadmill. 15 minute warm up to get the blood flowing, then 45 minutes of intervals, finishing with a cool down of 10 minute walk. Max interval  of 4 minute's at 8 MPH. Overall session was tough. No pain no gain.
