Personal History

My name is Wesley Lester, I'm 24 years old. I live in Williamstown, WV.

I have been riding dirt bikes my entire life. I started riding at the age of six and rode everyday for hours. I mainly rode with friends in the woods for fun. Then I decided to do a couple local races and finished them. I took a little break and went to college and started my family. I knew I would ride again and wanted to take it to the next level. I bought my current bike a year and half ago. I started racing in the local WEXCR races and finishing them strong. With improving my lap times and my placings. I finished out the year racing GNCC and competing every weekend.

Riding Goals

My goals for the next season is to improve on myself and the bike. I have been working out and changed my diet completely. Prepping everyday for the races and excited for the season to start. With racing last season, I now know where the bike needs to be and tuned in to feel comfortable and ready to race.  My ultimate goal is to win my Class Championship and race as many GNCC races this season. Also I would like to race National Enduro series in 2019. I am excited to see my improvements and learn new techniques.

Competitive Highlights

My biggest highlight from the last season, was finishing Fourth Place in the biggest race of the year with GNCC at the Ironman. It was a great race and the track was awesome. In the WEXCR I finished Fifth place in my class and overall with my first year I was happy. The race atmosphere was great, and meeting all the fans and racers from all over. Sharing and talking about our bikes at the start line. It was a great first season, and I am ready and excited to start 2019 with my all and see my improvements that I worked hard on.
