Personal History
Hey, my name is Wayne Beach, but my friends and family call me Bubba. I’m 9 years old and live in a small town in the north-metro part of Minnesota with my mom, dad and 3 sisters. Currently my
sisters and I are homeschooled, which is the best thing ever because I get to ride all day. Our entire family loves to hop on dirt bikes and ride together; not only my parents and siblings... but aunts,
uncles, cousins and even my grandpa (we all live within a few miles of each other, and each have some sweet tracks).
I’ve been around moto since I was Earth side and it’s easy to see where my obsession for it comes from... I got my first Strider balance bike for Christmas when I was two and ripped around like crazy on it;
my dad made me some sweet ramps and an awesome track with some jumps in our driveway and I’d cruise all day trying to show off. The following spring my parents told me if I could ride a pedal
bike, no training wheels of course, they would get me a dirt bike… ONE day later I had a PW in my driveway- I was determined! I rode every day I possibly could at our tracks at home, and started
racing as soon as the AMA would let me.
Riding Goals
I'm slaying on my 65 so far, and man is a fire lit in my belly to make people know my name this year! I'm looking forward to do some training this winter season and come back more fierce than ever before. My goals for 2025 are chasing that ticket to the Ranch and hitting the podium at some of the bigger national events throughout the year.
Although Loretta’s and being a top kid on the podium consistently is a fun goal, ultimately, I just want to continue to work hard at mastering the talent God gave me on a bike and build some kind of future around moto! I have a true and intense
passion for riding and racing, and I genuinely just love hanging out with the moto community. Obviously dreams of being pro are awesome, but I simply just want to leave a kick butt legacy of Wayne (Bubba) Beach! Being someone that people admire and respect because of my virtue and character is the most important thing to me, and I believe that is going to be what will create more opportunities than just winning alone.
Competitive Highlights
I started by hitting up several MN District 23 races, most of which I finished 1st or 2nd allowing me to take top 3 in the state championship my first year. In the years to follow I attempted to make it to
Lorretta’s; I eased up on the district races and spent more time traveling and riding with some other experienced riders my age. Majority of races I’ve competed in I have come home with top 3 and my bedroom walls hold the proof. Each year I have made it to the regional, but unfortunately the road to Lorretta’s has stopped there for me (so far). At each regional I’ve raced I have finished 9th, 10th or 11th.
