Personal History

Whats up guys! My name is Walker "Winner" Imhof and I am a first generation moto kid. My mom nor my dad grew up racing or any fascination, like I do, with motocross. I received my first ATV, a wicked little 70cc, for Christmas (Thanks Santa) and I progressively grew more passionate to getting on two wheels. Outside of being at the local track every weekend and keeping my parents busy, I like school, going to the beach, and playing baseball.

Riding Goals

What attracted me to motocross didnt begin like I imagine most kids... I am a very cautious kid who always considers the risk and if the risk is too high I usually forgo that endeavor. As I grew older and exploring more of what I like, I came to realization that im more of a risk taker than I originally thought. One night just flipping through some Youtube videos, I came across an aspiring moto kid, like myself, and I saw him riding his dirtbike, and falling, and jumping and ever since that moment... I had to be really good in school if I wanted to get a dirtbike and thats exactly what I did.

My goal for the first year of racing motocross is to enjoy the mistakes. I know im going to fall, I know I wont win every race, but I also know if I continue to practice at home in the yard, practice on my bicycle, listen to my peers and continue putting in the effort the mistakes I once made will start to slim. My second goal is to make friends and expand my knowledge. I know motocross isnt easy and it doesnt come fast, but working towards making it easy and being a fast rider is part of the process I want to be involved in.

My goal for the following season would simply be to improve but also be competitive. I want to grow as a person and be the best version of a motocross racer I can be.

Competitive Highlights

Outside of racing, my biggest accomplishments have been both from school and sports. During mid year awards I was voted for most devoted by all teachers which dignified my passion for working through the process and seeing that through.

Both seasons of baseball, T ball and Coach pitch, I received the most improved player from beginning of the year until the end of the year. This solidifies my work ethic and continuing to push myself to be better.
