Personal History

My name is Tyler Rowe I have just turned 7  in August 2009.  I love racing and practicing on my motocross bike and if given the choice of what to do after school I would always choose to ride my 09 KTM 50sx.  I first started to ride a battery powered quad at the age of 1 and half this then lead to a petrol powered quad at the age of 2.  My dad then said to me boy if you can start riding your push bike without stabilizers I will buy you a motorbike.  I was so determined that same day I rode my push bike on two wheels. My dad then bought me a Yamaha PW 50cc motorbike at the age of 3.  I started to ride this when I was 3 and a half as I was unable to touch the ground untill then.  I then had a mini KTM adventure and me, my dad and mum travelled across the UK to find good practice tracks as I was too young to race.  I started racing in August 2008 4 days after my 6th birthday.

Riding Goals

I will be entering the Best of British Auto Challenge next year.  This includes six meetings and starts in March 2010.  Auto riders from the whole of the UK will be entering this challenge, 40 Auto's will be going off the start line.

I will also be chasing the championship for Cornwall Schoolboy Scramble Club, South West Motocross Club and Ringwood Motocross Club in 2010 with a very good chance of being number one with all clubs.

Competitive Highlights

I started racing in August 2008 so have not fully completed a full racing season yet.  The first Winter Series Championship I entered, I won the title at the age of 6 I had only been racing for 6 months.

I entered the Best of British Auto Challenge "The Final Entcounter" two day meeting in August 2009, which had Auto riders from the whole of the country seeing 38 go off the start line.  My dad entered me to test the water to see if I was good enough to be entered into the full Best of British Auto Challenge next year.  I came third overall and was racing against boys two years older than me.

I have nearly completed the summer series club championship for two clubs and in Cornwall I am second again first place is going to a boy two years older than me and I am now beating him at the end of the season.  I have beat him twice at the last Club Champ and only due to my bike braking down in the last race lost first to a third position.  I am determined for the last club championship I will beat him in all races and win the meeting to round off my first full season of racing.
