Personal History
I am 14 years old and attend 8th grade at Lapel Middle School in Lapel, IN. I have 3 brothers, two of which are out of school and a twin brother who also races. My dad and older brothers raced a few years ago. That is when motocross became a passion for me. My brother and I began racing this year on RM85's but moved to YZ125's in June. My dad wanted us to complete our first year on the 85's, but my mom thought we were too big for them. Motocross is a family sport for us, and that is one of the reasons I love doing it.
Riding Goals
My on-the-track goals for next year are to attend as many of the races I can, and to cosistantly finish in the top 5. I would also like to finish in the top 3 for the Indiana State Championship Series. I am also going to try to qualify for Loretta Lynn's next year. I know it will be tough, but I think it will be a good experience for me.
My off-the-track goals are to have fun, spend time with my family, and enjoy progressing my skill level. I am also looking forward to learning what it takes to be a good representative for sponsors.
Competitive Highlights
At the Indiana State Championship series I finished 9th, 11th, and 12th. Though the results aren't that impressive, I only had three races on my 125 before the series began. I did finish 2nd overall at one local race.
