Personal History
My name is Tyler M. McGuire I am 19 years old and I live in southwestern Virginia. I love riding and training at least 3 times a week. Whenever I'm not riding I enjoy just hanging out with friends and hunting. Other than that I guess I'm just a simple small town guy.
Riding Goals
My goals for the 2009 season are to ride the 250B class. I'm planing on doing the north and southeast qualifiers for loretta lynns, along with the regionals and lorreta lynns. Untill then I'm just going to ride and train hard fo my local races.
Competitive Highlights
In on of my 250c motos at Birch Creek this year I had went down in the first turn. When I got up everyone was gone and i was dead last. I got back on the bike and just put my head down and rode as hard as I possibly could. I figured I had nothing to lose since I was already in last. That moto I just gave it 110% and when the checkered flag flew on the last lap I had worked my way up to first. That moto was just a big accomplishment for me knowing that if you just put your mind and heart into it you can come out on top.
