Personal History

My name is Tyler M. Vernon and I'm 11 years old. I live in Jeanerette, Louisiana. I have been racing for 4 years now. I started racing a CRF Honda 50, then to a KTM 50 Sr. Pro. I raced 50s for three months then jumped on a KTM 65. Then I started riding a Suzuki 65 in the beginner class locally and won every race. I had to move up to the age class within a few months and I placed 1st and 2nd for a whole year. I wanted more so I qualified for the Loretta Lynn and I made it to the regionals. I owe a lot of respect to my family for helping me so much with my dream.

Riding Goals

My main goal is to race Supercross one day. But until then I will race every local race to support the local track owners so I can continue riding locally. For the rest of 2014 my goal is to keep training and race a lot to get me ready for the upcoming 2015 season. For the year 2015 I plan to qualify for Loretta Lynn's and also Ponca City Nationals. I will be attending some arena cross races with the AX Tour.

Competitive Highlights

My best highlight is my first year racing as a 7 year old and making it to the Loretta Lynn's regionals. Also I have placed a 3rd overall at an AMA series racing at multiple tracks through Louisiana and Mississippi. I have won several local series that I raced in. Just racing Motocross in General is a great highlight to me
