Personal History
My name is Tyler Klinkhammer, I am 14 yrs. old. I will be a freshman in high school in September. I have always loved riding, I have been riding since I was 4. I live with my mom in Enumclaw, Wa she has always supported me in riding and saved up and bought me my new race bike for my 14th birthday. My uncle Kevin taught me how to ride and I used to follow him around my grandparents property for hours on my little CRF50. My grandparents are a huge part of my life since my dad has never been around they have helped raise me and support me all my life and my mom. My grandpa takes me all over the place to ride. I appreciate everything they do for me and my passion of riding.
Riding Goals
My riding goals are that I want to get better and better and faster and faster. I have learned so much in just the few months I have been racing, I know I will keep getting better, I ride because that is who I am, I am a dirt bike rider. I go to the gym 5 days a week to work on strength and endurance and I eat healthy to stay lean. My riding goal this year is to travel around and race as much as I can to get the practice and learn and to hopefully catch the eye of a sponsor. Next year my goal is to be a sponsored rider and make them proud and myself and my family proud. I want to race. I want to ride. This i who and what I am.
Competitive Highlights
I have raced in 10 mottos and 8 out of the 10 I placed 5th or better. I got my first 1st place win on July 18,2014. I got a 2nd place finish and two 3rd place finishes, two 4th place finishes and two 5th place finishes. I am the youngest rider out there by usually 6 years or more. i get better and better each time I race.
