Personal History
I am a small town guy with lots of riding buddies. I have been riding motorcycles on and off for the last eight years, and have started racing within the last two. I love to ride, and I love to help others learn and grow in this sport. I have an intense passion for motocross and supercross. I use this passion to help others, as I strive to set a good example for the younger riders. I work hard in my community to help young people. I am currently employed in public service, and also play several instruments. I am married to my beautiful wife of four years with a new baby girl, Madison, my next generation WMX rider! :)
Riding Goals
My goal is to finish in the top five of my class in local motocross and supercross series'. I have also been working with several individuals to open a motocross/supercross hybrid track in conjunction with our local motorcycle riders club. I am working closely with several local businesses and have secured equipment and personnel to build the track. At this time I am working to narrow down several locations to build our motorsports park. The goal is to start building this spring! I am also working towards being a successful, sponsored rider. I will continue to help my fellow riders better themselves and help them become better riders in any way I can.
Competitive Highlights
The list is short for now, as I have only been attempting races for the last two years.
I have raced Lewiston Supercross in Lewiston, ID in the beginner class in 2010 and 2011. In 2010 I held third place until a crash that left me with mechanical troubles that prevented me from completing. In 2011 I held sixth place, suffered another crash, but was able to finish in 11th. I have also helped several other riders at these events to better themselves and finish strong. I assisted an 85cc rider in a third place finish.
I competed in our motorcycle club's yearly memorial off road race in 2010 and 2011. Having never raced off road style, I did not finish either year, however put on a strong showing of determination and willpower, finishing farther each race. I will continue to keep exploring this discipline of racing and growing and learning in different areas of this sport.
