Personal History
Tyler Short, born in 1986 in Phoenix, Arizona, was drawn to the fast-paced world of motocross at a young age of 5. His natural talent and unyielding passion for the sport alongside the help of his family led him to compete in various motocross events, garnering attention for his skill and fearlessness on the track. Ty actively trained at a private track designed by himself with the help of his father on there 30 acre compound located in Queen Creek Arizona. Beyond his accomplishments as a motocross rider, Tyler also excelled in team sports such as hockey, baseball, and soccer, showcasing his versatility as an athlete.
In addition to his achievements in sports, Tyler has also been involved in the construction of motocross tracks, demonstrating his proficiency in operating heavy equipment and his commitment to advancing the motocross community. This hands-on experience allowed him to further immerse himself in the world of motocross and contribute to the development of high-quality racing environments.
Tyler's personal life has been enriched by the presence of his two sons, who have inspired him to continue pursuing his passions and serving as a role model for them. Currently residing in Colorado, Tyler has embraced the opportunities for outdoor adventure and exploration that the state has to offer, further fueling his love for adrenaline-fueled activities. Riding Goals
Teaching the next generation and hopefully obtaining a national podium. My goal is to requalify for points to compete in 250 pro sport outdoor motocross and Monster energy supercross Series.
