looking forward to the season kick off in a couple months. Boot camp is well under way and everything is going extremely well. I strongly believe this year we will have the strongest package yet.

Been a long road to recovery but its finally time I can ride again. I have been just trying to get the cobwebs off but its all coming back fairly quickly. My fitness is probably the best its ever been and I feel extremely ready. The countdown is on to the 2016 Canadian nationals.

Just finished another hard day in the gym.... All this training will pay off for me..... thanks to everyone who supported me in 2012.. A huge thanks to Geoff Klassen at GP moto for all the late night race prep he did as well as Mike Nicols at Goldentyre Canada for getting me to all the races and supplying me with the best tires around I would also like to thanks Greg Kozoris at Acceleration strength and conditioning to make sure my body is fit and ready to go. Thanks Everyone that has helped me out this past year I know with you support and all the new help in 2013 I will be at the top of my game.

I am really excited for the 2013 season. We already have big plans in the works. Look for my edit that we will be making early spring.
