Personal History
Ty Morrow is the name and motocross is in my veins. I have been racin for about 17 yrs now with 5 of those yrs racing AMA pro. Have made several night shows in SXlites and came very close to a couple mains. I am currently healing up from a wrist injury that happen at the 2007 A1 sx round originally, however, They just went back in and completed all neccessary tendon, ligament, and mucle repairs. I should be back on the track in mid November. I have always been pushed to race and ride at my potential... Now that I am racing for the fun and for myself I am very anxious to do my best and have as much fun as possible.....And we all know that motocross is so much more fun if you're winning! haha
Riding Goals
First off, I want to hit as many races and ride as much as possible right off the start to get myself back in shape.
Then I would like to put in a great showing at any race I attend for all my sponsors and little kids around the track that look up to me... It's time to lead these vegas riders by example and start pumpin out some champions!
Competitive Highlights
I have had a few top 10's at world minis on little bikes and stuff like that but i would have to say that making the many sx nightshows and AMA outdoor national main events that I have takes the cake for sure.
I won my LCQ in orlando passing the leader on the last lap thru the whoop section to take the last position to the nightshow in '05
I raced the Las Vegas shootout in the lites class in '06. Was a lot of fun!
I raced the U.S. Open at the MGM casino in '06. *suspension co accidentally set up for outdoor instead of sx...made the 4 ft whoops a little tuff to tackle to say the least!
