Personal History
I am 7 years old and I have 1 full year of racing in. I went and watched my friend race 2 years ago and have been hooked ever since. My parents went out and purchased me a 2011 Cobra Jr50. I was nervous the first time on the track with other riders. However, after the race began I realized I loved it and have been hooked ever since! My dad, mom and sister come to all my races and cheer me on. They support me no matter what. It does not matter what place I finish as long as I have fun and do my best. It is fun to learn how I can get better and I like being out there with other racers. I really enjoy sports. I play baseball, soccer ,and basket ball. In the winter time i enjoy riding my 2014 Arctic cat 120. Nothing beats being at the races with my family and all my racing buddies. We have so much fun when we are on and off the track.
Riding Goals
One of my riding goals is to beat one of my best friends in a race. He has been racing a lot longer than I have, but he pushes me to try my best. I know that I can beat him if I put in hard work and practice. I am always trying to listen to older riders who help me out and try to show me the best and fastest way to get around the tracks. I really just want to keep working hard, doing my best and having fun. I want to keep improving with my performance and technique. Hopefully, with that , I can improve my podium position.
Competitive Highlights
In 2015 I won a few first place finishes and a many second place finishes. I have only been racing for one year and I managed to come in 2nd place overall in my 51cc 4-8 Jr class and I finished 3rd overall in my 51cc 4-8 open class for the 2015 WNYMA season. I also raced in a couple 51cc Senior 7-8 class races and finished in the middle of the pack. It was a good experience for me to race older and faster racers.
