Personal History
My name is Tucker Saye. I have been riding for 10 years, racing for 7. I turned pro in spring of 2009 and have had a very successful year. I raced Loretta Lynn's this year and hope to race pro nationals next summer.
Riding Goals
I am going to compete in local colorado races for the remainder of 2009, as well as the Amateur Open in phoenix, AZ. My Goals are to finish inside the top 5 in all of these races while improving my endurance and skill. I will also continue to train with Colorado top pro Derek Anderson. All this work is going towards next summer where I will compete in all twelve rounds of the AMA Outdoor Nationals. My goals going in to the nationals are to be a consistent top 40 racer. I also hope to finish in the top 20 and get a national number.
Competitive Highlights
I started racing later than most, but i view that as an advantage. I have been serious and dedicated for the entirity of my racing career. This has allowed me to progress very quickly. 2006 was my breakout year where i recieved the silver olympiad at the Mini O's in Florida. From there i went on to the intermediate class where i finished 12th at Ponca City in 2008, along with a 6th and 7th at the Amateur Open. 2009 has been my first year in the pro class and I am alrady a top 5 local finished. I qualified 5th at the South Central Regional in the 250 A and 250 A/Prosport class for Loretta Lynn's, where I finished 25th and 28th overall.
