Personal History
I started racing dirtbikes when I was 5 years old on a Florida Series called Florida Trail Riders. I raced this series until I was about 16 years old and then college came into my picture. I joined the local swim team and started treaining to get a scholarship in swimming and after commiting everything to swim for 4 years I was able to do so. I remained off the bike those 4 years in order to stay injury free. Once I obtained my scholarship I swam for three years for Saint Thomas University, won multiple awards, was in the honors program and was captain for the team my sophomore year. After graduation I knew I had to get back into a sport and Racing harescrambles was the sport for me. I enjoy swimming, cycling, strength training, and running.
Riding Goals
Racing keeps me focused, it always has, and its something I hope I will never have to give up in my life. I have made life long friends over the years of racing from growing up to where I am at now. It's one of the best hobbies to connect with people on. This year will be my first year in A 250, I would love to learn more and keep developing myself on a technical level. I feel like the pace these guys run for over 2 hours is a complete different ballgame and way of how things go about. I am also looking forward to bike development and understanding how everything comes together on how my bike performs and manuevers, I have learned so much over the past year it's unbelievable.
Competitive Highlights
This year after coming back from a long drought I was able to come out with the B 250 championship in the Florida Trail Riders Series. With winning that championship I was also able to achieve the B highpoint award for top overall B rider over the season on Sunday afternoon.
