Personal History
My name is Trevor Taylor I'm 14 years old and I am from Eureka, California a small Northern CaliforniaTown located in the heart of Humboldt County. My mom likes to tease me saying I came out of the womb with my riding boots and helmet on ready for my next adventure. I live, breathe, eat and sleep anyting dirt bikes. You'll often find me at the River Bar riding the tracks or at the beach riding the dunes during my off time. My mom and dad are behind me step-by-step always encouraging me to do the best thatI can do. My dad ismy Pit Boss and my mom is my biggest cheerleader and photographer, you'll find her out on the track right in the middle of all the action cheering me on. I have two little brothers, Brody and Jax who both race flat track in Motocross with me as well. It makes me happy that we can do something like thisas a family. My dad helped me start my very own lawn mowing business two years ago when I was 12. We have regular scheduled customers who helped support my racing career financially. I am also a proud member of our local FFA and I work hard in school to be the best that I can. My motto is work hard and play harder.
Riding Goals
My riding goals for 2019 are to train and ride in my spare time at least 4 times a week. If I'm not on the back of my bike then I will be hitting our local gym to keep myself in top shape. My dad has been a big help teaching me how to work on my bikes and to keep up on regular maintenance. I hope to master my 2014 Honda 450R this racing season. My goal is to have a top three Championship finish in the 450 class. I plan on continuing my training with local motorcycle Champion Brian Bartlow who puts on riding like a dirt Pro School at his Ranch. We have been fortunate to work with pro racers like Sammy Halbert and Brad Baker to give us racing tips and strategies to make us better racers. Although my true passion is flat track racing I am going to continue racing motocross this 2019 season as well. I have been working with local riders on jumping techniques and mastering my Honda 125.
