Dad says I need to practice the whoops and the gates more. He says I slow down to much in the whoops and that's when other riders start catching up. I'm doing okay in the corners and jumps though.
My gate starts were bad in both heats and I came out last going into the first corner. I need to practice releasing the clutch with more control. I wheelied on the 2nd one and almost went over, but I recovered and finished strong!
Need to ride my bike more after school and on the weekends, so I'll probably need to get on my chores to earn some more gas money. Dad will be glad to hear that.

Got my RM65 ready to go for the first race of the season at Boondoxxx MX park. My dad and I changed the oil, cleaned the filter, tightened the chain and adjusted the air pressure in my tires. This is the first race for me w/ my new ProCircuit pipe and Dunlop tires! I know they will be ready to get me off the line faster!
