Personal History
I grew up here in Helotes, Tx and I absolutely love it. I have always had a passion for bikes and engines, and my parents bought me my first bike on Christmas in 2016. It was a 2003 TTR 90, and boy oh boy did I rip that thing, ever since then I have been hooked. I got a Xr100R next which I still have, and then a 2005 KX 85 next. The KX85 was the bike that I really learned how to start working on bikes with and made me fall in love even more. Putting in the work rebuilding an engine, or just keeping the bike clean and routine maintenance pays off so much and is really rewarding. I have dragged a few of my friends into the sport now and I have managed to get 4 or 5 people on bikes, and taught countless people how to ride clutch on my 100. I now ride a 2018 CRF 250R which is my baby and I am so thankful to be fortunate enough to be able to go out and ride almost every weekend and share my passion for the sport and community I love. I just rebuilt the whole bike from the frame up so im excited to get out there on the track.
Riding Goals
Whenever I go to the track I set a goal no matter what I am doing that day. I want to work on one thing or more if I can each day. Before I know it I have made myself a better rider when I look back 3-4 weeks. Usually my goals consist of keeping proper body form on the bike, looking ahead more, not letting my elbows drop in corners etc. I usually like to break the track down into sections each time I go ride, and work on one corner or jump at a time to make sure I can really get it dialed in. I also like to go and battle with some friends and take lines away and help us push ourselves a little bit.
Competitive Highlights
I don't have too many competitive highlights to share. Although I have raced a few local races and placed 1st and 2nd in all my classes each time, I mainly ride for fun. I have wanted to get into racing a lot more and I am going to enter in the next few races that pop up for this summer for sure.
