Personal History
I started riding motocross in mid-November of 2011. I began racing in January 2012 and quickly learned that I have what it takes to be a champion. My mentor is my father and he continues to keep me focused on school first. I am a hard working young man and I love to ride and race motocross. We moved to Poynette, Wisconsin in November of 2012 where my parents just paid a MX track building company to build a professional grade and technically correct MX track on 2.8 acres of our property; the track was built by MX Track Builders of Carlsbad, CA. My parents are committed to supporting my progression in this awesome sport and I continue to build upon my skills now more than ever on my very own MX track. I attended and completed a nationally recognized [three day] motocross school in Leesville, Louisiana in February 2012; the course was instructed by Trampas Parker, 2-time World Motocross Champion. I plan to race in all AMA District 16 races in 2013, scheduled from April - October. My parents’ support and my personal drive will enable me to make my wishes come true…that is to win races and continue to be more and more competitive. My family and I moved back home to Michigan in October of last year (2014). We now have 15 acres and 9 of the acres is a professionally built motocross practice track...built by Schaefer Tracks!!! Unfortunately, I broke my left arm for the second time in 1 1/2 years and missed out on 11 weeks of racing as a result. I got back to racing better than ever in June of this year and ended up finishing 2nd in the GLMX Michigan Mafia Motocross Series (ended 07/25/2015-07/26/2015) on my 65cc in the 65 Sr. class!!!! I also came back and finished 8th on my 85cc in the 85C class of the same GLMX Michigan Mafia Motocross Series. I ride/practice a minimum of 4 days a week plus racing at least one and often times 2 days each weekend. My Dad and I are working hard to get me ready for the Mini Olympics (O's) during the week of Thanksgiving this year in Florida...excited as heck for the opportunity seen as how I broke my arm during practice day at the Loretta Lynn Area Qualifier this year...I want to make and compete for a national championship, particularly on my 65cc seen as how this is my senior/last year on that size bike.
Riding Goals
I have been training hard with combined physical fitness and strength training...and riding as much as possible. I am pursuing Loretta's next year (2019) in the C Jr. and 250 C classes. Still have work to do but my confidence is high.
