Personal History

I'm currently attending Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and going for a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I work as an engineering Co-Op for ZF TRW, which specializes in vehicle safety components, and I am in the seatbelt group. I am 20 years old, and for as long as I can remember, baseball has been my whole life. However, I started riding dirt bikes this past May, and I can say that I enjoy it more than I have ever enjoyed baseball. My Dad and Brother got me in to racing Hare Scrambles for District 14. We are all similar skill levels, so that adds extra competition into the racing, which is great because we are all very competitive. I post videos of my races under my youtube channel, which is just my name, Travis Reichenbach.

Riding Goals

My riding goals are to first, podium for an entire season in my class for hare scrambles, and second, to make it up to the two hour expert class, which is the highest class for two hour racers. I know that won't happen soon, but I feel that I have the work ethic and motivation to make it to that level some time in the future.

Competitive Highlights

In the Battle Creek National Hare Scramble, I placed 4th in the 86-200cc C class, which was good enough for my first ever trophy. This ended up being 6th place in my X class for the D14 Hare Scrambles.

In the Polka Dots MX hare scramble in Midland Michigan, I placed 6th in my D14 class and earned my second trophy.
