Personal History
My name is Tommy Garrett. I have been riding since I was about 9 years old and I really love to do it. My family built me a track behind my house and ever since I have just loved to ride. I am 17 years old and live in Lexington, NC. I love riding and LOVE working on cars. My dad taught me all about cars and motorcycles and I have always enjoyed racing and working on them.
Riding Goals
I hope to progress in my riding skills and get higher up in the standings where I am racing. I want to start doing way better so I can get sponsors and hopefully go BIG one day. I have always wanted to be a professional rider, and without practice I can't do it. For the rest of the year/season I am going to practice and push myself to get better.
Competitive Highlights
I am very very very competitive when it comes to racing against others. I don't like loosing, so I push myself to do harder and harder every race. When I see someone coming around me I push myself and tell myself to GO so that he can't pass me. Not to brag, but I am pretty good coming off the line...normally thats my strongest point and then once I can lead the first few laps i am GOOD to go! I have always been competitive, i have two brothers who have pushed me and raced me all of our life.
