Personal History
40 year old Firefighter with wife and 3 kids. My oldest also races. Middle is just starting on a PW50. I have been riding for 35 years.
I am the VP of the Trail Riders of Southern Arizona. We are an AMA Charter club and host races for the AMRA series as well as do trail maintenance days, fundraisers for AZOHVC, and other volunteer activities to promote responsible OHV recreation.
Served as President of AZ Motorcycle Riders Assoc. (AMRA) for the 2006 and 2007 race seasons. Then went on to Mini Bike Steward for 2008 and VP for 2009. AMRA is our local AZ AMA sanctioned hare scrambles and Enduro series.
Spent the 2014 season sweep my oldest as he moved to the big bike C races from youth. Plan to race the entire 2015 AMRA Off Road Championship series in 200A. I also plan to hit a few other select events such as the time keeping enduros in District 37, Idaho City Qualifier and a few other select events throughout 2015.
Riding Goals
Myself and a few other 40 plusers are all going to race in the 200A class this year for something a bit different. Now that my kids are riding and racing it makes it more of a family event, so a second goal is to support them.
