Personal History
My name is Timbo Wheelus. I have been riding for about 11 years. My goal is one day to go pro and race in all the domes like James Stewart. I ride a Honda CRF450R 2007. My first race was last March 7th and 8th. I raced the 250/450D class. The first race in my whole life was the D class and I won it. I have won two out of the three races I have raced. I have a very strong competitive hunger and dont like loosing very much. I was also in the April 2009 issue of Cycle News Magazine. I have one saying that I live by, and it is 'PIN IT TO WIN IT'.
Riding Goals
For this year coming up I will be raicng C class. My goal is to get top 5 in most if not all of the races. I want to win alot and get noticed in what I love to do. Getting sponsors and going PRO.
Competitive Highlights
One of my competitive highlights was last racing season when my buddy Alex McClure was 250/450D class and we got the holeshot and was neck and neck for the first whole lap. I went down in one of the turns and got passed by him and another D rider. I got up and one lap later I passed them both back and won the race.
My other highlight was at Pecan Valley I was racing with a broke pelvic bone among many other injuries from a bad wreck that put me in ICU and in a wheel chair and out of racing for about 3 months. I went in the race with no expectation of winning. I was out of shape then and had no stamina what so ever. I raced and came out with the result of 7th place out of 15, so I was proud of myself. This year my gaols are higher and stronger than ever!!!
