Motor is going back together good but I have to order a couple bearings, then send the head off to get my new kibble white SS valves put in and the seats cut. This will be one of the baddest 2005 CRF450r you will see. I never had problems hanging with the new bikes before. Really am not gonna have any problems now.

All my parts are in to get my bike 100% its gonna be a big job but I got this. Replace crank, left side crank case, top end, and valves. I am getting so pumped to get back out there and get some seat time. Long over due but my shoulder is 100% and my fitness is way better than last year. Huge shout out to O'Neal mx, Torc1racing, leatt, Smith goggles, twin air, innerzyme and everybody helping me out. Couldn't do it without all of your support.

Supercross season is here. I'm super pumped for the up coming motocross season. Very thankful for having great sponsors to help me out. My bike will be back together in a couple weeks, just have to get a set of cases the rebuild my entire motor. Gonna be 100% new and can't wait to let it loose. New front tire and tube will be here tomorrow. I cannot wait to get back on the track. Its been too long my shoulder is 90% so I m ready to ride. Time to start training extra hard for the 2014 season I'd like to thank innerzyme mx for providing me with great supplements to help recover after intense workouts. I'd alsolike to thank OO'Neal mx for hooking me up with great gear and great support. Huge shout out to all my sponsors that are backing me for the 2014 season I plan on taking some big steps this year. #1 goal is to stay healthy and to move up to B class soon. I was not able to race the pro shoot out at Hog Heaven Mx. Do to bike problems (I.e. flat tire and, bent rim). Getting it taken care of this week and gonna start gettin it hard for next season. I would like to thank innerzyme mx, O'Neal mx, twinair, and the rest of my sponsors. Thank you for all your support through my injury. Time to get after it.

I can't wait to see how our USA boys do at MXoN. Also stoked to go home for a few days in October hopefully get some riding in on that great Ohio dirt.... Shoulder update. I gotta get an MRI Tuesday to make sure nothing is tore. I'm hoping it will all be good and I can start focusing on making sure it heals properly I would like to thank Innerzyme for giving me great advise on my injury and could not thank them enough for all their support. I look forward to a fast recovery and getting back on the track. Wish me luck.

Well yesterday was a bad day. Had a pretty nasty crash. Swapped out going over a big double. Launched me off my bike and off the track. Messed up my right shoulder, my right knee, my thumb, and forearm. Gonna be off the bike for awhile. Luckily I have support from innerzyme and they have great products for these types of injuries.

This weekend is taking its time to get here. If you are in NC you should definitely come to Outback Motorsports Complex. Gonna be a great race, track is always great and Colt Ford concert right after the races. I can't wait to show off my new O'Neal mx gear. Had great day racing today at Outback Motorsports Complex. I got 1st overall in college boy and 3rd overall in 450C. It was a muddy mess. But still very fun. Huge Shout Out to Twin Air and O'Neal mx for hooking me up with great products.

Got a race this weekend at Outback motorsports complex. Its gonna be a good one. Can't wait to rock my new O'Neal gear. I'm feeling great my bike is all dialed in and ready to go... hoping for another podium finish.

Can't wait till Friday. Get to use my New Twin Air air filter. Going riding at either Wide open mx or Outback motocomplex. First time back on the bike after my swap out in the rollers. My knee feels 100% and ready to get some much needed seat time in. Wish I was at LL. Can't wait to get my new Torc1racing footpegs, and my new Leatt neck brace. Gotta keep safety first..

I got off work early today so I headed out to Outback Motorsports Complex. Track was awesome as always. I did have a gnarly wreck in the big rollers. Left knee is a little sore but I think it will be fine. Big shout out to Twin Air for getting me great products to keep my bike running top notch.

I got my bike all back together and ready for this weekend. Going to Hog Heaven MX they are keeping the track rough for LL practice. Gonna be some good training. And hope to improve on my corner speed.. Next will be Wide open mx next weekend. The new track out there is amazing. If you are in NC for the week or weekend I recommend you go check out Hog Heaven MX, Wide Open MX or Outback moto complex. Great tracks.
