Personal History
I have been racing the AMA District 37 Desert series most of my life. I am currently racing the Magnum Heavyweight Expert category. I enjoy the Dual Euro scramble format the most.
Riding Goals
I have had a tough couple of years getting injured early in 2023 and 2024. I go in for a final surgery on my shoulder May 23 2025, to get some hardware removed and a bone chip that is free floating in the shoulder joint will be taken out as well. My Mechanic is in the process of building a 2025 Yamaha YZ250FX so I will be ready to come back after the summer break and race the rest of the season in the Light Weight Expert class. I am looking to get some seat time in a racing environment to get comfortable and have some fun. I have been working hard this entire recovery to stay in shape, I feel I am in the best physical shape I have been, in years. So I am hoping my endurance is there and I have the fitness to perform for an hour long race.
Competitive Highlights
I finished 10th overall in points in the 2022 District 37 Scrambles series in the Magnum lightweight expert class and 19th overall in the Desert series.
I have also spent a lot of my time racing the SCORE offroad series in Baja Mexico. I have finished 3rd in class 30 multiple times and 3rd in points for the season. In 2018 we put an open pro team together for the 50th Baja 500 and ended up bringing the bike in 4th overall. We missed the podium by about 12 minutes after 489 grueling miles of racing.
