Personal History
I'm 15 years old and ride a yamaha supermini. this up coming season will be my third year racing. In 2014 we only did one big race in Canada and that was the Western National (transacan). This year I will be running open ladies, supermini and school boy. I started riding when i was younger and had a honda 50 but i got of riding to play hockey instead and other sports then decided to give it up and come to motocross, since then I have been working hard and trying to get myself in the spot that I want to be in.
Riding Goals
My goals for 2015 would be to qualify for transact again but to qualify in more than just one class, I would like to try and run supermini, school boy, and also ladies. Another goal that i have for next year is to do more nationals around Canada and try racing in the states most importantly do some Loretta qualifiers and try to make it there. Also for next year I would like to try and train more both on and off the track to try and improve on my skills more and faster. Lastly for this year I will be moving up yo big bikes and I want to try my best to get as comfortable on big bikes as I am on the supermini.
Competitive Highlights
One of my biggest highlight for this year was making it to Walton Transcan witch is the Canadian Western National, I made it there only in one of my classes because it was the only class that I had tried to get in for. I qualified in 17 for the event and during the week we had all mud motos and the races were determined by who could stay up the longest in the mud. The last race I had my best finish with a 14th and came around fist lap in 8th witch my biggest accomplishment of the year. Another one of my highlights was coming in third at one of our local tracks against all of the older girls on big bikes, I was gapped from the leaders but sure to keep my head down, ride my own race and not let them get ahead too far.
