After 4+ months of sitting on my sofa, I was finally released by my doctors to ride- felt like an eternity!!!
Shoulder injury was more severe than what the doctors originally thought. Had 3 anchors put in my right shoulder with 1 month of wearing a sling 24/7- that was crazy!
In the past 4+ months I have had a lot of time to think- alot!!! I am almost 100% & I wanna RACE & WIN!!!
I have been able ride 2 times in the past 14 days. I have a lot of training to do to get back into shape. Amazing what 4+ months of sofa-sitting will to do your body- lol!
Working on my plan for 2012. I want to thank all my sponsors for staying with me.

I know I will be off the bike for the next 4 months, but without my sponsors, I wouldn't have been able to attempt what I tried.

Big "thank you" to the following: DeCal Works for the awesome sponsorship for graphics; MX Megastore for the awesome sponsorship so I can have the best rider protection, coolest riding gear, etc.; and ProTaper for the awesome sponsorship for bike accessories. Smth Optics- you make the best goggles!
All of you are really awesome organzations!
I will come back better, faster and stronger!!!

During my 1st moto of the 450 C, my shoulder re-dislocated. Had to pull off track to put it back in socket. Then continued to finish the race. I felt really good and was really fast, until the shoulder chose to dislocate itself. Even then, I was still passing riders!
Colleen Millsaps advised that I stop racing and get my shoulder fixed before I injury it even worse or if it causes a really bad crash.
I will be out for at least the next 4 months!
Not a very good year!

I have a "fairly significant tear in my labral cartilage & ligament". Need screws put in my shoulder & ligament shortened so right shoulder will stop dislocatng.
Good news: I can race as long as my shoulder is "stable".
To all my sponsors . . . I wanna race!

Re-dslocated shoulder during practce Aprl 8, 2011. Have to go get a Arthrogram & MRI. Can't race until Dr. knows the damage.

Because I have extra lining around my left knee, have to have knee surgery. No injury, just a genetic issue where the tissue never dissolved as it should have. Its called "Plika Syndrome".
Out for at least 4 weeks!

Wll be spending the next month down at MTF for some much needed training.
I hate injuries!

Sincere "thank you" to the medical team at Ponca who put my shoulder back in socket after a crash while racing at Ponca.
Very painful, but once they popped that shoulder back in the socket- ahhh!
Unfortunately, I am done racing at Ponca. Need to go see Dr. to find out how much damage was done,
Thanks to all my sponsors who helped get me here. I had a blast while it lasted!
