Personal History

Hello Everyone!  My name is Taylor Frericks!  I am now 8 years old and ready to race again this year.  Last year was my first year racing dirt bike; I have a 2009 KTM 50 Mini Adventure.  I was supposed to start racing in the summer of 2014 but due to a traumatic brain injury, I was sidelined until last summer.  I had a lot of fun racing my first year.  My parents are very supportive and so are my two younger brothers.  They plan to race when they are old enough too!  I learned many things in my first year racing.  It wasn't always the easiest but I continued to push forward.  Most of my races were in Millville, Minnesota (were one of the National Motocross races occurs and home of Alex and Jeremy Martin).  I look forward to racing my KTM mini, KTM Senior, and practicing on my new Kawasaki 65.

Hi, my name is Taylor Frericks and I am 6 years old.  For the last couple years, I raced my 2012 PRO 120 in the winters with help from my dad.  This is my first year racing dirt bikes.  I come from a family of avid dirt bike racers.  My dad raced dirt bikes and quads from 1999-2006, and my cousin Jordan Frericks still currently races in the 250 B class.  My family consists of my mom, dad myself, and my little brother Tayden.  We enjoy attending motorcross races across the State including the races on the Pro Circuit.  We also enjoy camping as a family during the summer.  My hobbies include riding dirt bike, snowmobile, go-cart, and four-wheeler.

Riding Goals

2016- My goals this year for racing are to:

1. Race every series race in Millville, MInnesota

2. To ride hard every time I'm on the track

3. To ride strong each time I am on my bike

4. To be a good sport and show my brothers how to be a good sport

5. To support my other friends who race

6. To improve my fitness and stamina

7. To improve my track view and riding skills

2015- Since this is my first year racing dirt bike, my goals include attending as many races as I can and getting better each week.  I enjoy racing snowmobile and winning trophies.  I hope to do the same in dirt bike racing.  I also hope to excel at the sport throughout this year and upgrade to KTM or COBRA next year.

Competitive Highlights

2016- Last summer, I worked really hard on staying on the lead lap with the other bikes, finishing the race, and staying up on my bike.  I finished every race last year but my first race.  I even won in the beginner class!  I hope to improve my finish place this year and work harder throughout the year.

Over the last couple years, I raced my PRO 120 in winter races and received trophies for placing in the top three.
