Personal History

2000:  Entered motocross racing on a 1996 RM, in the 7-11 class.  by race end I was hooked on riding forever.  Prior ride:  2000-YZ 80, 2002-YZ 85, 2000-KX 1125, 2003 and 2004 KTM 125SX,  Stock and Modified 2006 Honda CRF 250.  2004,  realizing I needed to further hone my riding skills, I elected to enter a racing scheule that would allow me to compete on a variety of tracks with various racers.  With this approach, I have raced Middleford Speedway (Seaford, De), Budds Creek MD, Blue Diamond Park, DE, The landing Mx in Easton MD, and Virginia Motor Sports Va.  Returned in Gary Bailey's for my third course.  In mid-season I switched from the KTM 125 Sx to the Honda CRF 250R and the power of a four stroke.  This was necessary to be competitive since the number of 4 strokes were increasing each week.  The learning experience and comfort level are beginning to have a positive efffect on my racing.  2005: Rather that compete for trophies, I gained experience racing at a variety of tracks in MD, DE, VA, NC, and PA in the 125B, 4Strokes Open and College Boy 16-24.  2006 - 2007 was not good constant bike problems and ankle wrist injuries.  However not all bad, qualified for Loretta Lynn's regional and attended Millsaps training facility.  2008, racing is good and going to Loretta Lynn's Hurricane Mills, TN.........

Three things I value most are hoonesty, reliability and integrity.  These values have helped me enjoy racing and the many friendships developed in this sport.  My co-racers know I set my goal to win every race and give 100%.  If I don't win, I make sure to congradulate the winner and give encouragement to other racers.  With increasing success, I'm now asked my opinion about tactics, equipment and support items.

Riding Goals

Goals for 2008, are intense training, physical conditioning and earning my Pro card.
