Personal History
Steven has been riding dirt bikes for over 14 years. Even after breaking his leg at 8 years old on a quad, he still has a need for speed. After purchasing his first Honda CRF150R he raced for several years at Orange County Fair MX in Middletown, NY. In 2010, while practicing at his home on his personal track, Steven overshot a jump. After jumping off the back of the bike and being tossed around on the ground, Steven suffered a broken femur and shattered forearm. This also did not stop him from doing what he loves. After a year long recovery, Steven decided to purchase another Honda CRF150R and continued racing to show his passion for this sport. Not only did he defy the odds with broken bones but Steven also suffers from a lung disease called Cystic Fibrosis. This disease is found in 1 to every 2,500 Americans. Cystic Fibrosis affects the lungs and digestive system but, Steven still continues to race and himself everyday to be better. Now with his CRF250R, he has recently found an interest in Supermoto, racing with the series named “Supermoto East Coast”. He also races indoor arena cross with three different series. This year he will continue to race supermoto, minigp, motocross, and arenacross. While caring for his two little step-daughters Steven will continue to travel up and down the east coast, attending as many events as possible.
