Personal History
My name is Spencer Hite. I am married to my best friend and life partner, and together, we own and operate New Hites Tree Company. We cherish spending time on our 30-acre property. We have six children, two of whom have moved out and joined the military. Each of our children has unique interests, and my youngest son has developed a passion for racing, which we enjoy pursuing together. Our family loves to travel and spend time outdoors, often visiting state parks. Racing has deepened our love for the outdoors and has allowed us to form close bonds with friends who have become like family.
Riding Goals
My passion for riding began at the age of four, inspired by my father who introduced me to the sport. Despite a hiatus due to various life commitments, my enthusiasm for racing was reignited in April 2023 when a childhood friend promoted a race nearby. Attending that event prompted me to purchase a bike and participate in the next race, and I have been riding ever since.
My youngest son, Breydin, who was six at the time, was captivated by the racing environment and expressed an interest in riding. Within three weeks, he had his own bike and started racing as well. We have both cherished the time spent together competing, enjoying weekends camping, and building connections with other families.
In our first full season this year, my goal is to finish in the top three overall and attend the awards banquet. Breydin aims to stay on the podium at every race and also make the overall banquet. Looking ahead to next year, I aspire to win my class overall, while Breydin hopes to win his class and transition to riding a 65cc bike.
