Sophisticated Recruitment was founded by Oliver J Vellam. Having spent fifteen years within the banking and insurance industry, Oliver became frustrated with the deficiency of knowledge within the recruitment industry and a lack of service to candidates.
Our aim is to provide an informed service recognising the required skills for each role we advertise for whilst building long term sustainable partnerships.
