Personal History
How Skylar Got Started
Skylar started chasing his older brother Talon around our private track on his PW50. As expected his mother had some rules before he could race, Skylar had to be 4 years old before he could get on the race track. With the rule in place the summer of 2020 was rough for him. He had to be at the track every weekend watching his brother race from the sidelines. Once he was able to race in October, he has enjoyed every second of it. There wasn't much racing after his birthday but he was ready for the 2021 season.
2021 Season
At the age of 4, Skylar competed in 30 races in 4-8 50cc shaft class during the 2021 season. Skylar was able to podium 16 times and win 2 times againist his older brother and most of the fastest kids in the nation. Throughout the season he was able to finish 2nd overall in Daytona Bike Week and AMA District 17, but it was right behind his older brother Talon. Skylar had a blast all season, every race he came off the track with a smile you could see through his helmet regardless of his placement. Throughout the off season Skylar has been cross training with racing arenacross and has put it on the box a couple of times. Along with training with arenacross he has been pushing the limits while on his Cobra 50cc Jr. 2022 Season can not come soon enough for him.
Skylar Off the Track
Simple is the best word to described Skylar. He spends most of his time outdoors making ramps for his bicycle or climbing things he shouldn't be. Skylar loves playing Little League Baseball with all his hometown buddies. He is the biggest social butterfly you will ever meet.
