Personal History
My name is Sheldon Walters I am 48 years old. I am the father of 2 children and have 7 Grandchildren. I started riding at a young age of ten, I was a trailnrider then. I began riding motorcross in 1999. I rode from then until 2010 then injuries sidelined me for four 15 years. A string of torn ACL's. Went from beginners to B class . Am returning to motorcross healthy and ready to go. Have lost all sponsors and looking for someone to believe in me again. I know I am older, but that ain't gonna stop me now. Its not about what place I get its about how I feel about my riding, if I was happy with the way I rode then where ever I finish a the chcke flag is ok with me.
Riding Goals
My goal is return and work my way through the ranks. The one goal I came short of was i never got to race at Loretta Lynn's. I want to accomplish this goal if for only once. Any help would be appreciated in achieving my dream. You can bet on me because I'll deliver.
Competitive Highlights
Several top ten at muddy creek raceway in Bloutville,TN. I had one top five finsh there. Numerous wins at Daniel Boone MX Park in London,Ky. Numerous top fives in Victory Sports Indoor series. I can go on but that was then and this is now. The truth is I want to be judged for what I can do now not what I did one to ten years ago. And what I did then I did on my own I had no sponsors at all. So my biggest competitive highlight will be getting back out there and having fun again.
