Personal History

My name is Shayna  Lier and I'm from Aberdeen, South Dakota. I have been riding ever since my dad bought me my Honda CRF 50 when I was 5. I am now 19, and have been competing in races since I was 14. I love riding and don't think I'll ever give it up. Practicing at my local track is one of my favorite things to do in my free time. 2016 is the first year I've had a sponsor from a dealership. Evolution Powersports out of Watertown, SD has helped me out immensely. I can't thank them enough. Other than that, I just hope to have fun and improve every time I ride.

Riding Goals

Most of my riding goals are simple. I do it because I have a passion for it. I hope to always better myself and love a good challenge. During the 2016 season I will be attending many of the Minnesota races. I couldn't be more excited. I just want to improve as much as I can. To better myself, I always love racing against the boys in the 250 C class, and Open C class.

Competitive Highlights

Along with practicing an average of 2 times per week during the summer, I also race at the indoor track Cedar Lake Arena in the winter. I compete in our South Dakota Series called "Midwest MX", and for the 2016 season I will be apart of Minnesota's series. As I said before, I compete in both the 250 C, and the Open C. I just have a blast, and I'm very happy with the results I've been getting for all my hard work.
