Shawn has been riding since he was about 4 years old. He rode in District 12 & 14 in AMA sanctioned races for approx. 10 years from age 5-15. He rode motocross as well as flat track, TT scrambles, hare scrambles and even tried ice racing. He moved to Florida in his late teens and motocross tracks were not available. After marrying and having 3 children, we moved to North Carolina and started riding again. Shawn started racing again in 2000 at a few local tracks. It wasn't long before the kids asked for bikes and wanted to ride with their Dad.
Motocross has been a great sport for our family. It gives us time together doing something that everyone loves.
