Personal History
Hello,
My name is Shawn Chapman and I am 21 years old out of Maryville, TN. I am a laid back guy with a passion for motocross. I devote all of my time away from work to training and riding so that I can accomplish my goal of racing professionally. My program has stepped up dramatically this year, and my results will show that I am working as hard as I can. If you see me at the track, be sure to stop by and say hello. Riding Goals
I have a few goals for next year, with my main goal is definitely to top ten the B classes at Loretta Lynn's, as well as the other nationals I attend. I plan on racing Loretta Lynn's and Mini O's. I also plan to race local races as much as I can and try to work on the things that need to be worked on. Next year is shaping up to be a great year for me, so I am going to be ready. 2013 will be my last year in B class before stepping up to the pros, and I plan to make it a good one.
Competitive Highlights
8th place in 450 C at the 2010 Loretta Lynn's Amateur Nationals.
23rd place in College Boy at the 2011 Ponca City Grand Nationals.
1st place in 250 B, 450 B, and College Boy at The Mountain MX Ponca City qualifier.
2nd place in FMF Indoor Series on November 23rd, 2012
Multiple wins in local races throughout the 2011 season.
