            Two
friends re-unite after 15 years to embark on the their challenge of a
lifetime.  Chasing the Dakar
Rally.  Formerly the Paris-Dakar
(now known as simply THE DAKAR) the world’s ultimate, and most prestigious
off-road vehicle and motorcycle race has found a new home in South
America.  The race begins in the
capital city Buenos Aires, Argentina navigating 3500km west to Chile’s Atacama
Desert…1500km down the coast to Santiago, Chile…and yet another 3500km back to
the capital.  Strategically
organized to coincide with Argentinean and Chilean bi-centennial celebration this
year’s race holds special importance for both countries and it’s people.  Argentine filmmaker Guillermo (Willie)
Leniek, and documentary photographer Shaun Lang are setting out to capture the
race, the people, and the countries with the latest in digital technology.  Willie and Shaun will intercept the
course at key check points riding top-of-the-line BMW F650 GS motorcycles, donned
with helmet cams, HD cameras, Nikon digital cameras, and a support team they
will document their three-week journey with live daily website, Facebook, and
