Rider Updates

The Texas Mini National held at the Buffalo Creek Mx Park in Canton Tx. The track was really technical SX style with great dirt. I was not riding well at all, but somehow managed a 2nd in the first moto. The track was super muddy from being over watered so riding conservative in the 1st moto paid off. The second moto the dirt was much better and faster. On the second lap over a big step up, I saw then 3rd place rider go down hard. There were no flags out so I almost hit him thinking that maybe he pulled it out. When I came over the rise and saw him just laying there in a pool of red (happened to be his Amsoil oil from his bike) I stopped to make sure he was OK. After waiting with him until EMT's arrived I rejoined the race with only 2 laps to go. I am sure that it kept me from the podium spot that I was sure I had wrapped up, but the welfare of a nother rider was more rewarding.
