Personal History
I started racing BMX when I was three years old and have had a passion for riding, competing, and winning ever since. I am currently a full time student at the University of California Davis double majoring in Geophysics and Geochemistry and will be graduating in the Summer of 2016. Throughout my life I have managed balancing work, school, and family while maintaining a 4.0 GPA through high school and a 3.8 GPA in college.
The reason I ride is because I love it, and I love seeing progress on the bike and on the clock. Only recently have I decided that I must pursue my passion for racing while I can still make it to the top. It is my dream to be among the great GNCC, Extreme Enduro, and Desert racers in the world. To be able to take my education, work ethic, and racing experience and share it with others in a way that promotes the sport and the brands I represent. It is only a matter of time and focus that this dream will become a reality.
Riding Goals
2016 Goals:
- --Win the 2016 District 36 Cross Country Spring Series in the "C" class
- --Place top 3 in the 2016 District 36 Cross Country Fall Series in the "B" Class
- --Qualify and place top 10 in the National Endurocross series in the Amateur Class
- --Compete in the Baja 500 on a team of 2 in the MX class
- --Be able to move up to the A Class prior to 2017
- --Finish getting my pilot's licence
- --Stay Healthy
Overall Future Riding Goals
My focus going into the next two years is going to be on getting faster, smoother, and more balanced on a dirtbike while still maintaining my passion for the sport. I plan on taking my Cross Country and Endurocross experience and translating it into other facets of motocross racing in the goal of getting better as an overall rider. My dream is to be able to not only ride, but compete for a top 5 position in the SCORE, Extreme Enduro, and Endurocross style events. The reason I ride is to get better, to constantly push the limits of my abilities so that I may someday be a professional motocross racer that not only races but wins.
